Double-Layer Leather Construction: The outer surface of the sheath is made of full-grain calfskin leather, thinned from 1.6 mm to 1 mm, with a non-greasy and wax-free finish. This special finish allows you to feel the natural texture of the leather while giving it a unique character (patina) over time.
Moisture Retention Technology: A food-grade, specialized layer is placed between the two layers of leather to stabilize the ideal humidity balance required by the cigar. This barrier helps maintain internal moisture while preventing the drying effects of the external environment.
Inner Lining Delicacy: The inside of the case is lined with full-grain calfskin, split into 1.5 mm by 0.5 mm thicknesses and featuring a glossy finish, for the surface that comes into contact with the cigar. The smooth surface ensures the cigar fits in and out without damage and supports moisture balance.
